About these terms
The website tunfoundation.org (the “Website”) is run by TUN Foundation (the “Foundation”, “we”), a non-profit foundation registered in the Republic of Armenia. Full legal details are on the Legal information page. By using the Website you agree to these terms.
Using the Website
The Website is open to everyone and does not require an account. It provides information about the Foundation and its work. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or current at all times.
Intellectual property
The texts, design and images on the Website are owned by the Foundation or used with permission. You may quote and share our materials for non-commercial purposes with a link to the Website. Any other use requires our written permission.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are used for the Foundation’s statutory activities, including its programs and operating costs. Bank details are on the Donate page. Please check the details before you send a transfer; the Foundation is not responsible for transfers sent with incorrect details.
Card payments
Online card payments are not available yet. When they are, the conditions of payment and refunds will be described here.
Links to other websites
The Website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean that we endorse them.
Availability
We may change, suspend or interrupt the Website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. We will try to resolve any dispute through negotiation first; please write to contact@tunfoundation.org. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be considered by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
