Who we are

This website, tunfoundation.org (the “Website”), is run by TUN Foundation (the “Foundation”, “we”), a non-profit foundation registered in the Republic of Armenia. Full legal details are on the Legal information page. We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and generally accepted international practice.

What the Website collects

  • No forms and no accounts. You can use the Website without giving us any personal data.
  • No cookies and no analytics. The Website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • No third-party content. Fonts and images are served from the Website itself.
  • Hosting. The Website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like any web server, GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

When you write to us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

When you donate

When you donate by bank transfer, our bank passes us the details of the payment: usually the sender’s name, the amount, the date and the payment reference. We use these data for accounting, for reporting to the authorities and auditors, and, if you wish, to thank you. We do not publish donors’ names or amounts without their consent.

Card payments

Online card payments are not available yet. When they are, this section will describe what data the payment provider processes.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only when needed: with our accountant and auditors, with our bank, with professional advisers, and with state authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which you wrote to us. We keep donation records for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it by law. Write to contact@tunfoundation.org. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

The Website links to other websites, such as social networks and fundraising platforms. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
