WHAT WE ARE DOING RIGHT NOW
We purchase land plots in Armenia and provide them free of charge to families from Artsakh, allowing them to build their homes and potentially develop agriculture.
INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
We contribute to creating a stable source of income for refugees and fostering potential business activity, improving the socio-economic situation for both refugees and Armenia in general.
HOW DID WE START
Initially, the idea of fundraising came from the private initiative of Mikael Veklenko, a professional urban planner with Armenian roots. In October 2023, acting in cooperation with architects, lawyers, economists, and activists based in Armenia, he launched a renovation and reconstruction program for the shelters of refugees from Artsakh. As a result, numerous shelters and houses were successfully renovated and delivered to the refugees.
Understanding the scale of the required support and the need for proper management of financial resources, the project initiators decided to take a more comprehensive and systemic approach, taking into account the fact that the return of forcibly displaced Armenians to Artsakh is currently unrealistic.

Current Program
Fundraising
Thanks to your support and support of other individuals and organizations, the TUN Foundation raises the funds needed to purchase the land. Fundraising is an essential part of the program so that the foundation can provide assistance to people.
Purchase of land plots
The foundation's team in Armenia selects land plots suitable for building houses, eligible in terms of size for the state support program and located in a good environment across different regions of Armenia.
Donation to families from Artsakh
First of all, we provide land plots to families who were previously engaged in agriculture and are currently planning to continue this kind of activity. After having received a plot, those people will be able to earn money off the land and build their own homes.
